Our company is looking for pallet sorting/repair line:

1.For the moment we are looking for the automatic/semi-automatic pallet-sorting line, which could sort used pallets of one pre-set type (EPAL, or CP, or any other kind). The sorting procedure could be adjustable – so we could set, which pallets will be sorted.
2.Speed is quite vital, but more important automation is, so the less workforce is required.


3.If the cleaning is needed, the manual system should be used? Well, cleaning could take place after the sorting procedure.
4. A combination (of automatic-manual) is an interesting solution.
5. Destacking from the heap of interlocked (stacked within each other) pallets, so there should be some kind of destacker-unloader.
6. Is it possible to sort qualities automatically? As far as I see – there could be 3 grades: (1)clean/repair not needed, (2)repair is required and (3)beyond repair.

In general, we’d be interested in having couple of offers:
a. For fully automatic machine
b. For semi-automatic machine (cleaning, small repairs are done manually, sorting is fully automatic)
c. For manual (sorting) (to see the difference in performance (speed), service (mainly workforce) costs and line price)

We are seeking for the used one, so - is there a possibility to find automatic/semi-automatic machines, used before, but in good condition?
Is it possible, that you could know of such machine?

Well we would liked getting an offer on new machine (for comparing) and for used ones as well.
