Frequently asked questions
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account. When moving to a higher plan, the charge is prorated for the remaining billing period. When moving to a lower plan, the difference is settled in the next cycle.
Payments are handled by Stripe - a market leader in online payments certified at PCI DSS Level 1. Your card data never reaches our servers. We accept secure online card payments.
You can cancel your subscription at any time in the Stripe customer portal. Paid features stay active until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge any cancellation fees.
Yes. We issue a VAT invoice automatically after every transaction and send it to the email address used during registration. A tax number is required for company invoices. Pro forma invoices are not part of the standard online checkout and are issued only as an optional document for selected manual B2B orders.
Token is the portal internal currency (plural: tokens). They allow one-off purchases such as adding listings, promoting listings or buying other extra services regardless of your subscription plan. You can buy them in packs in the section above.
